Sonja wears many hats at CALA, expertly managing both internal and external growth as our Human Resources Director and Marketing Manager since 2010. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her recharging at home or on the beach with her husband, daughters and their families, and German Shepherds. Sonja is also dedicated to her local community, serving as Chairperson and board member for several non-profits and coaching middle school volleyball.
With a strong coaching mindset, Sonja believes in mentorship, active listening, and empowering others, whether in the workplace, on the court, or at home. She values learning from those around her and believes in making the process enjoyable for everyone involved.
